By downloading or using Talkexa you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Talkexa provides AI-assisted language speaking practice, feedback, and related features. Content is for learning support and is not a guarantee of fluency, exam results, or professional advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & trials
- New users may receive a limited free trial (currently 1 day with a short speaking allowance).
- Premium and Pro Max are auto-renewable monthly subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Prices shown in the store are authoritative for your region.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app or your Talkexa account does not cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Talkexa — including abusive content, attempts to disrupt the service, reverse engineering beyond legal rights, or unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
AI outputs
Tutor replies and feedback are generated automatically and may be imperfect. Use your judgment; Talkexa is not liable for decisions made solely on AI output.
Intellectual property
Talkexa branding, software, and materials belong to Omnivatis or its licensors. You retain rights to your own practice content, and grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnivatis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Talkexa.
