Start with one answer you want to say aloud
Choose something small: introduce yourself, explain your day or ask a colleague a question. Tell the AI partner your situation and level. If you need a simpler question, ask it to rephrase. You do not need to prepare a perfect answer before starting.
You practise with AI without scheduling a lesson or matching with another person. Speech is processed by an AI provider to generate replies and feedback; this is not offline or on-device-only practice. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Review a sentence from the conversation
End the session to review grammar, vocabulary and phrasing. Choose one suggestion that helps you express your meaning, then use it in your next attempt. AI feedback can be imperfect and does not guarantee that every mistake is detected.
For example, a demo conversation includes “I work in marketing since three years.” The suggested version is “I’ve worked in marketing for three years.” Try a similar sentence about an experience you want to describe.

Three situations to rehearse
Before an interview: “Ask me about my experience, one question at a time.” Before a meeting: “Ask me for a short project update.” For everyday practice: “Ask me about my plans for the weekend.” Use fictional details when a situation involves private work or personal information.
Try an answer, listen to the follow-up and decide what you want to make clearer. Repeat the same scenario when you want another attempt, and focus on a sentence you can use in your own situation.
